That's a good starting point. The specific springs and vehicle weight make a big difference at this height, as you're near the boundary for some of the stock parts. Dobinson's 3" springs tend to result in a lot more lift unless it's a very heavy rig. A panhard relo bracket is a nice option for the rear instead of a new adjustable bar. You might not need rear UCAs...but you might (could be a wait and see item.) A new steering stabilizer isn't needed just because you lift the ride height. You likely don't need quite that much rear bumpstop, but it will depend on the compressed length of the specific shocks you pick - or the size of the tire you want to run. Most 4" shocks will need extended brake lines and diff breather hoses. You will also need to correct the castor with plates or new front radius arms.I’ve been reading a lot of different information about 3 inch suspension lifts and the types of corrections they may require.
