Noticed injector insulators were looking questionable when I did starter contacts last weekend so ordered all new o-rings (90301-07024), grommets (90480-13005), and insulators (23291-41010) to freshen things up.

I am not seeing where these insulators belong and or may have the wrong part as they seem to look quite different than what was removed.

Anyone have any input on the matter?

The insulators I got from Mr. T seem to match what is shown in the FSM. The removal procedure indicates that the insulators should have stayed in the manifold instead of coming out with the injectors. There is nothing remaining in the manifold. It appears as though the insulators that were on there have a skirt that extended to the bottom of the injector. Notice the split in that skirt in the photo.

I remember this same discrepancy three or four years ago when replacing the insulators. FWIW, no issues with these, even though they clearly do not have the sleeve of the originals.

I went ahead and replaced with what the dealership provided and everything seems to be fine.
