Hi All,

Im having a few issues with my front locker sticking in even though the motor and pinion are working fine and free to move.

After a full strip down I could see nothing wrong and have checked all the tolerances to the factory manual and everything is good.

When reading the manual I did see the part of refitting the locker motor.
In the past all I have ever done is make sure the locker was on open (undo) and place the rack (inside the diff) to the right.

Im wondering if this is the problem as the factory manual says the opposite:
1) locate the rack 1st tooth in the centre of the pinion hole
2) Engage motor to markings shown and assemble

Any thoughts?
