I have a HJ60 and i have just installed a 2nd alternator, sits down low on the right hand side. The bottom radiator hose had to be re plummed, forcing me to use a flexible hose. the only one i could get that was big enough for the top is 51mm in diameter, when the pipe on the bottom of the radiator is only 38mm. i have tried everything to get the bottom of this hose to stop leaking, and at the moment have about 8 layers of heatshrink on the pipe to increase it to 50mm. but it still leaks.
