There are several aftermaket options in Australia or just plain replace / upgrade alternator with one which have a internal regulator ( mostly these days and far back )

Alright sir, thx. But how you change the whole wiring? If you replace it with a internal Regulator?

I'd convert to an internally regulated alternator at this point, the wiring changes are pretty straight forward and nearly all possible causes of charging failure will be dealt with - at the same time I'd run a new high current alternator output wire from the B+ terminal on the alternator to the battery via an appropriately sized MIDI fuse (100A or something).

Not a bold on job .. but noithing to complicated, basically you bypass that setup going straight to the fussible link / main battery conection. The " sensing " wire from your internally regulated alternator would be a new connnection too.

Thx a lot, would be great if someone can advice me with part numbers and pictures of the changed wiring harness. I agree the to the better changed system to a intern regulator which is the brushholder too right.
