I belive it will. However the oil baffles are different i believe

I have a 76 2F so I hope. Are the baffles the dividers in bottom of oil pan?
Yes, the baffles are the dividers in the bottom of the pan.
I have a '73 F engine and installed (the currently) available 2F pan on it. one of the baffles rubs against the oil pump suction screen, but not enough to impede the proper fit. The dipstick fits (and works) fine.
I've run the engine for over three hours (sitting in the garage), oil pressure was fine, everything seemed okay.
When I compared my original F pan to the new 2F pan, the baffles were pretty close, but not exact.
