2F ENGINE, 4 SPD AND T-CASE Free shipping SOLD

This is a re-post in that I couldn't get the title to change from an incorrect date.

My offer of "free shipping" caused a great deal of confusion the last time I tried this but here goes again!

I am headed from Manitoba to Austin, Texas via Denver, Colorado towards the end of January. I will transport for free if I can find a good home along the route for:

***Complete 1986 2F engine fan through clutch. Only part missing is the AC compressor. Good compression numbers, drove well from Texas to Manitoba. Video and pictures available to interested parties. Asking $800 USD, open to reasonable offers.

***Also available from the same FJ is a 4 spd and T case, both in excellent working condition on the drive north. Asking $300 USD, open to reasonable offers.

We are leaving here towards the end of January 2012. If I can put the parts and a buyer together I will deliver along the route at no charge. You will have to meet us with a 1/2 ton or have means to unload.

Act quickly if this might work for you. PM with your phone contact information and I will call ASAP or I can provide my phone contact information if you prefer.

According to details provided to me at the Canadian/US border the sale of these parts must be completed before I can carry them across the border into the US. There is an import duty but I will take care of that at no cost to the buyer.

This is a VG engine that I hate to part out but this is probably a last effort at selling it. Doing this deal will mean driving the Cruiser at 25 MPG and diesel prices as compared to driving our family car at close to 40MPG and regular gas prices so please understand this is a consideration for me.

Tranny and T-case sold
Engine sold
Thanks everyone for looking

Compatability Issue

Sorry but you will have to rely on someone else for advice on this. The 1986 FJ that I brought up here from TX was my first experience with a 2F powered Cruiser. Perhaps another Mudder will weigh in here with some sound advice for you.

can this be install on 75 fj40? if so who easy is it? let me know. thanks

In a word, YES. Difficulty is based on your mechanical skill, but take in part your states emissions laws. I live in MD and the historic vehicle/streetrod tags pretty much cover anything I do.

If CanCrusher was coming to TX via MD, I wouldve jumped on this the day he posted it.

Re 2H and H55

You're bringing a 2F from Canada? A 2H/H55 would be much more interesting.
To be sure but the 2F came out of a 60 series that I transplanted a 3B
/H55 into. I am just happy to find a home for good Cruiser parts.
