24V regulator - is there a substitute?

the connector is different from a bj42 canadian spec. Instead of a rectangular plug it got a round plug. If someone knew if i can switch the plug and install that aftermarket regulator. Even SOR have no aftermarket solution for a bj42.

does anyone know where i can get an IC 24v voltage regulator for my 13B? Im having a difficult time finding one.
