Boo, 15% is a healthy bump.

I have still found if I take full advantage of all the free usps shipping supplies , most importantly the rolls of 3M scotch heavy duty shipping tape that is heavy duty tough as nails , the CLEAR stuff …

Combined with all the OEM free toyota factory blue and clear bubble wrap I can handle is a perfect recipe

My closest 3 toyota dealer body shops get a fist full of Home Depot contractor bags and I roll thru regular parts runs

I call it my “ Beer 4 Bubbles “ program and it works Dam well !

Cigs / smokes too …

This was 1 haul from on dealer on flexible Fridays PM shop road runner runs

Blue with black ink is USA made stuff / kinda lower quality

Clear with black ink is made in japan stuff

Blue with red ink is older Japan spec premium grade stuff

OEM japan SUBURU is the absolute A+ best thick and meaty bubbles

The curious factor is the 10-12 foot giant zipper equipped fleece lined sleeping bag things that painted high end bumper covers come in ?

There stamped return to toyota but all wind up in my recycle ♻️ beer for bubbles program i conjured up ?

I do not see how reusing any of them on newly painted body parts would be a good idea ?

Most of the bubble wrap sheets are 6x10” feet , the green inked fleece lined sleeping bags pouches are 7-8 x 12 or more ..

I lay out on the shipping area floor and use my Milwaukee hand sheets to rip them and the OEM bubble wrap long ways into neat 16” inch ish widths like fire wood and they roll up with a rubber band like logs 🪵

I use a new big blue recycle ♻️ type container and stuff away , the extra rolls get Stashed in an attic type area till needed …

It’s super effective and super efficient too …

most toyota body shop techs drink NASCAR beer in 30
Packs and share the one 2 i again use husky contractor bags to discretely hand off …

I am now being offered all
Sorts of bags of Random new hardware and Little stuff new slated fir the trash …

It amazes me how much new parts waist there in today's Toyota dealership body shop environment on that topic ?

..

Anyway , some creative and time proven ways I use to keep shipping costs down or eliminate some all together..

Below is how I roll and how o roll with it too …

USPS is terrible to ship to Canada without a strike going on.... UPS only for us to Canadian customers with zero issues.

2nd on UPS to the Great White North

also , i have been entering ands using this HS Code for my CANADA UPS orders and so far it seams to help them out .
