I'm very thankful for the fantastic team we have and their continued efforts to improve our processes and customer service each day. As many of you know, I wear a lot of different hats and don't spend as much time there at the shop as I would like, particularly during business hours. I get my 40 hours in the shop in the early mornings and late nights
