Hi Everybody,
I have a question for anybody with a 2016 or 2017 Land Cruiser. I bought my Land Cruiser last July and just noticed this past week that my rear wheel wells are asymmetric. Please look at the pictures below.
The first picture is the rear driver's side wheel well. Notice how there is no plastic liner along wheel well above the mudflap where the red arrow points.
The second picture is of the rear passenger wheel well. Notice how there is a plastic liner above the wheel well as depicted by the arrow.
I thought the rear driver side wheel well plastic liner must have fell off or something. I went to the local Toyota dealership and the Parts department salesman could not find a part for the liner for the rear driver's side wheel well. He suspected that there was no part since the other rear passenger side wheel well had the liner for the purpose of protecting the fuel line.
Unfortunately they did not have any Landcruisers on the lot for me to check out for sure. I would appreciate if anybody could check their truck and let me know if my car is standard or if my plasticliner fell off on the rear driver's side wheel. It would save me trying to track a LC at another dealership to check.
Thanks in advance!
