To the LCLC folks who have attended this, would you mind filling the rest of us in on it? I don't want to ask dumb questions on the ONSC board when most of LCLC aren't familiar with it either. My big question, is this really a 9 day event? How many LCLC folks would attend and what impact will this have on GSMTR? While we're on the topic, for the big ONSC events, especially ones requiring reservations, cabins, etc., can we have a LCLC thread for detailed info?

Tim, don't hesitate to post questions in the STR thread in our board! Just because it's in the ONSC section doesn't mean you can't post up Yes, it is a 9 day long event (two weekends, one business week). STR overlaps GSMTR, so you'd have to choose one or the other (unfortunately). @CharlestonG8R corrected me, there is a one week gap between the two.

Brian put a big description of the event in the STR thread he linked above. As many LCLC folks can attend as want to go, up to the overall attendance limit (if there is one).

IMHO, maintaining two threads is a bit cumbersome for an event coordinator. I think it'd be best to have everyone who is interested, or is going, to STR put up all of their information in the main STR thread. Everything you need (including accomodation info) is over there

There is a one week break between the 2 events. If one were so inclined, like @forrest5000 perhaps, they could attend both! WOOT!
