The ultimate "do-it-all" build. I built this Jeep for extended overlanding with the Land Cruiser friends, technical high Sierra rock crawling with Jeep friends, and daily drivability. Starting with a full optioned Jeep Rubicon, adding AEV parts for their on road handling and reliability and added Warn, Dynatrac and Currie beef and a meticulous maintenance schedule to reliably run 37s. All together it works beautifully. It just completed both a cross country road trip to Alabama, and a Mexican Hat to Moab off-road traverse of UT before driving home to LA without a single issue.

Please find the tediously long, full build list below. But here are some of the highlights.

AEV 4.5 SC suspension, Dynatrac Prorock 44 Unlimited, 4.88 gears, ARB front locker, OEM rear e-locker, chromoly axle shafts, hydro-assist steering (huge improvement on road) all of which was new as of 12/20 including new wheel bearings. Dynatrac big brake kit, 37x12.5r17 BFG AT KO2 tires, 1-ton Currielync steering linkage, hydraulic bump stops, ARB OBA, Warn XD9000is, AEV corner guards, Genesis dual battery, AEV gas caddy, vector off road rotopax rack, interior rack, interior improved with full dynamatting, bedtred carpet replacement (nothing for dog hair to cling to), hot-headliners, every factory option, saddle leather, side air bags, dual premium tops and bestrop sunrider top. Basically every overlanding mods, top options, and interior upgrades as well as beefed up driveline, linkage and steering for worry-free trips over any terrain. I tried to keep as many lightweight, OEM parts as possible and focus my efforts on the unsexy bits like the driveline, ball joints, axleshafts, etc. Garage kept, no accidents (backed into a Mercedes sedan once, but trailer hitch prevented any damage), straight sheet metal, rust free Socal weather, meticulously maintained.
