For 2010 Monthly Meetings will be held the Second Sunday of every month unless noted otherwise. Trail rides will be posted well in advance for scheduling of those interested in attending. Are current schedule for 2010 is posted in the following link:

Something to remember, in 2010 all trail rides will require two-way hand held radio and ONSC strongly recommends the use of CB moving forward into 2010, the ONSC Club Channel will be 7-0 unless otherwise noted. CB's will be required for all trail rides come 2011.

Greg... not that it really matters but thought I might pose the question as others might have it also.
I am a full time student right now as well as a full time worker. Does that mean I qualify for the student membership or does this mean high school students.

The payment option on the website needs to be updated to reflect the new club dues amounts!

I am creating a new membership form on the club website and will include the new dues.

For those of us who were not at the meeting, what was the rationale behind the dues increase?

It was strictly a general vote to increase revenues for the club and provide additional benefits on an as needed/trail ride basis (i.e. camping funds, club funded meals, and raffle items).

Joe, what sort of time frame can members (perspective and existing) expect for the updated form on the ONSC website?

Just to confirm with everyone, is everyone remaining in the previous years positions, do we need to hold another meeting specific to this topic?

I want to update the information for those seeking interest now and in the future and have a place for them to find this information.

If you currently hold a position and feel you are not going to be able to fulfill the position in 2011 let us know so we can seek other interested individuals.

I am happy to take the torch of Triangle VP from Allen.

If someone would like to take Safety Coordinator, I'd being happy to pass it on.

It might be worthwhile to have a meeting or phone call to discuss 2011 positions. Or we can discuss it at the January event (meeting).

Eastern VP

So as the eastern VP. What are my responsabilities? DO we have a list of all current members with adress? I want to contact anyone in the eastern part of the state. Looking forward to whatever I'm supposed to be doing. Alex and I will start by having beer meetings:cheers:

I've had a great time as Triangle VP, and if not for the decreasing amount of time that I seem to have to dedicate to the position, I'd love to continue to serve in that capacity. I know Clint will do an outstanding job. I will continue to be as active in the club as I can and will gladly help out whenever I can.

I'm not sure how my year next year is shaping up. Most likely i'll be getting my MBA so time will short. I also have a big trip planned for a family wedding that will eat up my meager 1 week a year vacation. I also now have to work more hours and more weekends due to promotion.

I had felt a couple people out down here to take VP but no one really wants it.

Clint you might want to talk to David to see if he could do safety coordinator.
