2011 LX570 Rear Heat and AC not working (1 Viewer)

This week I noticed that my 2011 LX570’s rear heat and AC are not working. The vents on the rear of the center console do get hot and cold but none of the other vents do. They all blow air, they just don’t get hot or cold. I tried sitting in the back and messing with the climate controls back there and no change was noticed. I have had it for about 6 years and have not ever had any issues with the climate system. Is this something that I can potentially fix on my own or is this a repair shop issue? I would appreciate any help, thanks in advance!
