2011 base model low mileage vs 2012 premium midlow mileage

Hey guys, new member.

I am wondering what the difference is between the models of base vs premium.

I know premium has rear suspension air bags (reliable? Good ride?), Wood trim, rear tvs, upgraded sound system (?).

But how about the seats? Are the seats the same in the base model as the premium?

2k$ difference for, higher trim, one year newer, and 24k miles difference. Worth it?

Also, in most cases of GX or LX purchasing, service history is more important than mileage or options. Obviously the newer and lower mileage you can afford, the better, but how the car was previously cared for means more for the second/third/fourth owner.

But remember some service done may not be documented.....
