Ahh.. Finally going to let the 4runner out of the cage.![]()
shhhhhhhh! Don't tell my wife!
Seriously though, it's less "wheeling" and more "driving on a bumpy sandy road" if I understand Pat correctly.

My son asked me out of the blue on the way home today "Where's the Cape?" and I told him and he said "We are going there." and I said "Who told you that?" and he said mom had and that we were going camping there at the end of the summer.
So I guess it's a done deal.![]()
Even if it's more driving on a bumpy road and less wheeling, I never miss an opportunity to take the truck out. Especially when there's cold beers at the end.
Do we have hard dates set yet? I need to get it on the calender before the wife plans something boring.![]()
Come anyway and ride with someone else. I did that last year and it
was great. All the fun of wheeling, none of the hassle of breaking your s***!
Your welcome to ride in my rig if you so choose.I'm thinking about doing that. it be fun to get a different perspective from the passanger seat of a more capable rig.
Our next Club run is July 31-Aug 1 Moose Mtn
I am sitting in the NEA meeting right now and Jason was describing how insane these trails get if there is ANY precipitation. The last group through their had some light rain and the trails turn to mush, lots and lots of winching and the group didn't get out of the woods until after Midnight.
So just an FYI, winches HIGHLY recommended. Great attitudes are a must-have if things get sloppy.
Assumming my transfer case comes in, I'm planning on making this run. What rating are the trails on a normal basis, when not wet. I just want to make sure my 4Runner can handle them. I've got the winch and F/R Lockers. Only a 2.5 inch lift with 32s.
Can you post up some pics of your rig? I don't want to sound like an A-hole but......
These trails are pretty difficult and you are going to more than likely sustain body
damage. If thats not an issue with you then go at it.
