I have been attending the Round Up for the past three years. I enjoyed every one of them on the old one. However, I don't have a highly modified vehicle. So...

Are there gonna be trails for stock to semi stock vehicles like on the old Katemcy Rocks?

Good to hear...... Randy looking forward to the friendships & party:steer:

Ashlee's coming so you and Randy will have to be more discreet.......

Thanks, if you drug a 18' trailer then my 36' gooseneck would become a bridge.

Meh.... you just need a little momentum in this section...bout 40mph should do it:D

Yes there will be some but there is not a massive granite dome like at the old Katemcy. More like trails that wind through the pasture and you come to many smaller rock outcroppings to play on rather than riding around on top of one big granite dome like the old Aggie Highway. I worked with Shain this past weekend helping to layout a class 1 - 2 trail to enable us to make a full loop from one side of the park to the other. Even riding on the trails I think you have to pay more attention as there are many basketball size and larger rocks just lying around.

I only attended the last two events at the old Katemcy but can tell this is a little different but still going to be an awesome park. I think with the trails at K2 you will be able to get closer to where you can see the big boys ( buggies, etc) play than maybe you could at the old Katemcy.

Come on Rob!

I'm pleased to get you from the airport to K2 and back again. I've got extra bedding, etc for the cabin so just bring your clothes and any extra Olympic Gold Medals you pick up.

(I've arranged for every registered driver to receive a Nobel Peace Prize, so a few Olympic Medals will add variety.)

Happy Trails! N
