200's with barn doors, diesel and manual gearbox never in Australia - grrrr

I got curious recently about 200's as a potential upgrade from my old DX 80, but it seems Australia never received manual gearbox 200's. There are barn-door ones here, but they all have auto gearboxes.

What markets got manual gearbox 200's and what configs were they offered in? I don't want high-end spec for a 4wd.

I e seen plenty of manual 200s in the gulf. Pretty sure they were V6s.
