Thank you Todd...

Rubithon June 17 to 21
McGrew July 25th
PMC Swap Meet July 11th

although I always wonder if the events can get any better... because 2008 was awesome!

Is this a first? GSMTR and Rubithon on the same weekend?

Could very well be -- they should swap participants. :)

bummer that they are....I was shooting to make every TLCA event in 2009, and now have to miss one of them....

My understanding is that they moved Telico back to a point where school would be out and they could have a larger presence. Fairly safe to say that the events draw different folks for the most part.

GSMTR and Rubithon chatted about this... normally TLCA events avoid each other on the calendar, but GSMTR needed to move and we decided 'minimal' impact would be encountered due to the geographical locations being so far apart. Our sincere apologies to those impacted.

Todd,
My phone number should be 408-406-9629
(for Mud N Yer Eye)

I would like to atttent the "Mud N Yer Eye Frolic & McGrew Trail Run"
My wife and I are planning an 2 wk expedition run later this year from our home (Oregon) to Shasta OHV, San Francisco City, Hollister Hills and Big Bear. We are thinking around June/July 2009. We would like if anyone could join us at either of these OHV runs.
By this trip we will have our lift/tires & wheels combo/front bumper w/winch etc.

Mud n yer eye is in April, so that won't work too well. You may want to post this on PMC's forum, or MTA's, as they are the two local clubs to those areas.

For McGrew, you won't even need that bling stuff... most stock trucks can manage the trail, although 31 inch tires help.

Hope you can make it out in July! July 24th is the McGrew run. Plan to arrive Friday night in O'Brien, OR and camp behind the O'Brien store. We leave from there Saturday morning. Make sure there is no mud or dirt or tumbleweeds underneath your truck (no, I'm serious).

Tony
