Hey guys,

Here is the info for this years Roger Run. For those of you who don't know about Roger:

On March 10th, 2007 Roger Krause was killed by a guy running from the cops. The guy ran a red light and hit Roger broadside. He was killed instantly. Roger was a good friend to many of us and was pretty much a legend when it came to wheeling in Arizona. Tucson Off-Road adopted part of the Chiva trail and the Tanque Verde falls trail in Tucson in memory of Roger. Every year on the anniversary of his death we organize a run to clean up the trail and to celebrate Roger.

Run Info:

We will be pre-running the two trails on Sunday February 22nd. We are going to see what the trail conditions are and what signs we need to bring and replace on the Roger Run on March 14th. Anyone is welcome to attend. Check this link for driving directions: http://www.tucsonoffroad.net/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=803

The actual Roger Run will take place on Saturday, March 14th. We will also be having a get together at a local restuarant the night before, Friday, March 13th. Anyone is welcome to attend. Check this link for driving directions for the restuarant: http://www.tucsonoffroad.net/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=804

If you have any questions feel free to post. Hope to see you guys there!

This would make for a nice family run and first wheeling trip to Tucson. I'll put it on the calendar and plan to attend.

I still think I have some pieces of u-joints and clutches we cleaned off the trail last year rolling around in my 40:o

We are planning on attending.

20%? WOW that hurts! Sorry brother. We're just waiting for them to start here too. Times are deffinately getting tough.

Thanks, hope you dodge the bullet. This week sales have picked up a bit, and next week looks promising. Maybe this will be short term.:meh:

You coming down for this?

I would love to be there, but I'll be driving to phoenix in a school bus with a bunch of teenage music nerds instead.

Any more?

Mud is going to be down, so why not come out and do something enjoyable? I for one, am sick of wrenching every weekend..
