I just bought an 07 sequoia with a busted timing belt for 800. Pulled the heads and two valves busted and the rest bent. Machine shop quoted 1500 to fix. But I found an engine for 1000$ with less mileage. Now I'm trying to think of the best course of action to remove the motor. Will pulling the entire drive train (motor, trans, transfer) be easier than trying to just pull the motor and slip the new one in. Just want some thoughts
