2007 LX470 with 336k miles, all maintenance are current for 10k. Is it a good price? Any advice?

Not that it wouldn't be a great truck, but If I had a budget of 10k, I would look for an earlier year model with lower mileage. Especially if you plan to keep it a while and put more miles on it. 10K is a lot for 336k miles. Around here 10K gets you a clean, no-rust, 2000-2003 with around 150-200k miles.

No rust, everything work as spec. The only things is high mileage
I just bough an 07' LX with a lot less miles but a lot more money. I think you can do better...be patient, a better rig will pop up, especially in So. Cal....
If you do pursue the high mileage one, I'd want to see lots of service records and proof or proper maintenance...
