I contacted the guy on CL and Cargurus. No service records so I'd be vigilant in inspecting the car for the said maintenance items and for other problems. He's responsive and was upfront about it, but isn't able to show the vehicle until tomorrow. That said, he wasn't aware of the value of the LX until after he listed it so I think that price is going to go up. Probably still worth a look if even he relists in the 17-19k range.
