I have a 2007 Highlander and the passanger window rolls up fine sometimes and others it stops and then takes several tries to get it to roll up. Each time i try to roll it up it wil go an inch or two.

Silicone spray inside the window track may help.

I had a 2004 at one time, and it did the same exact thing. It would go down fine, but then it would start to go up and stop. Really annoying. I tore it apart and couldn't find anything wrong. Lubed everything. Didn't help. A new OEM motor was like $325-ish, and I didn't want to pay for that and have it not fix the problem. So I put tape over the switch and we stopped using it.

Then one day I was wondering about Amazon, and found this: Amazon product ASIN B00S0LOXV8
I figured I'd give it a shot for $58. Very easy install, problem solved. That was in 2017, and I know it's still working fine.

replace the truck

KLF thanks I will look into that motor. I did not want to kick down the money for a new one if I was not sure it would fix it.
