Wanted 2006 Lexus LX470

If you have the time, I’d like to get your opinion on a potential purchase. I found a truck that I like but need expert opinion on where price should fall given service history.
Here is what I know now:
White 2006 LX 470
155k miles
TB and water pump done at 115k
Southern truck
Drivers seat looks a little rough
Not many great pictures to this point of the body but seller says nothing out of the ordinary for a 13 year old vehicle. One point of worry from the Lexus service history is the original owner reported rats were chewing on wires and the lexis tech confirmed that but replaced wiring at the time. Current owner states no electrical issues.

Damn, this the truck from FB in Alabama? Been trying to get in touch with the seller, I think I'd take a look under the hood at the wiring and things before offering. I was originally thinking of offering 12k/12.5k. Prob would take a look in person thoroughly with the information you provided. IF this is the same truck.

Is he willing to negotiate on his price? Even at his price that seems like a pretty good deal if everything is legit. Maybe see if he'll take $14 or 14.5k since it needs tires

Honestly, I feel the mileage won't mean much if there is actually an electrical problem. 13k would be perfect. Looks clean.
