2006 LC - iPhone connection options?

Unless I'm overlooking something (probably am), I'm not finding much in regards to iPhone integration options. I have a 2006 LC and am wondering what options I have for playing iTunes music (in high quality - not through the tape deck) through my speakers?

I have one of these in my 03LC (have had several in vehicles) - love it. Works great. I chose the hard-wired version rather than bluetooth so my phone is always charging when I'm in the truck.

Installed Vaistech SL3b on 05 LC

So..., next question, should I go with the Vais or USA Spec? Not tripping over penny's so cost is less of a concern versus functionality. From what I'm reading Vais is super easy to setup and use??

I've no experience with the Vaistech, but the USASpec is plug-and-play. Easy peasy.

I'm running Vaistech SL3B for bluetooth and SL3SAT for satellite radio in my 05. Both work great and super easy to install.
