So I figured these questions would come up and here is the story,mostly.

The Cruiser was my 4th car and as such not all that useful for me right and now though I loved it I really need something that I can get in and drive for a few thousand miles with little notice for work.
This truck had been completely reliable and I had helped make it that way too but still with the high mileage I was uneasy with getting what I need out of it without worrying all the time.

So I hunted for a better replacement for the last month or so and even sent out messages to others here who were looking for a 100 but nothing ever took shape that I was OK with,I wanted a smooth and easy deal for both cars in the end.

So an ideal candidate showed up 5 hours away and I struck up a conversation working towards a deal with the Toyota Store involving the trade-in and I drove the cruiser up and did the deal!

I am not going to say what the trade was but trust me I never would have done it for 10k!

I have a friend who runs another Toyota store advising me and I also had found what to me is a Unicorn of sorts to get into,I was honest with the dealer and we worked out a deal that I rushed there to complete!

There was no jacking around on here which was all that had happened really with people who would not reply,respond or talk using "Mouth Words" instead of Texting which is not enough for me to put a deal together with.

I saved a $300 plane ticket to go get it and put myself in a much better position to force a better deal too by driving my Trade to them with the real possibility that I might drive away without making the deal if they had played wrong with me too.

So all I know for sure is that I am happy with the deal and that the 100 is pretty nice and really clean for someone who can work the right deal for themselves.

I only posted here in case anyone here might look at this one and want some advice about it straight from the previous owner if he can help.

They gave him 15k on trade and and now asking 23700. I offered him cash on the spot instead of selling it to me he thought it was better for the dealer to make 8k profit ,another 3-5 k profit on his Acura purchase. He reasoning not to sell it to me was because I took too many pictures after we negotiated 15k and thought I would flip it. So now the dealer will make that profit and I’m still looking.

No issues at all which I already stated.

TB replacement is on the Toyota Owners site,look it up,I don't remember off hand but it is within the interval speced since the last one.
