I just finished removing my running boards and wish I would have done it long ago. Pictures don't do the visual improvement justice. Thanks to @LouKY for setting me on the right path with required tools.
I had to use a 1/4" driver and universal joint to get to the upper back bolts as LouKY described in his thread.
I also needed the universal joint to get at both of the front passenger side bracket bolts due to the rear ac lines running right in front of the bolts.
Took about 30min even with filming. Hope this video is helpful! Thanks!
