Since I am cleaning shop, I might as well throw this one out there too. Bought it new in 2006 as left over from 2005. Used by myself, girlfriend and kiddo on weekend and some long distance trips. Awesome little camper. It is in excellent, like new condition.
It's the biggest pop-up Fleetwood made in 2005 with normal side height. Lockable storage box in front. Carrier A/C. Cassette potty. Front kitchen with three burner stove, small 3way fridge and sink. 6GAL Hot water heater. 15 gallon freshwater water tank, with 12V pump. Can also be hooked directly to faucet. Slide out dinette, makes into a double bed. seat makes into a single bed. The nds that pull out are both King size beds. 16000BTU furnace. Outside shower. Two 20gal propane tanks. Outside grill with gas line plumbed in to where the grill attaches. Quick connects for propane. Deep cycle battery for 12V power.
As a bonus, it has the full front extra bedroom canvas, that attaches to the awning. This has never been installed. It is still in the bags it came with. This is not just a screen room, but a complete add on room. Pulls easily. Dry weight is around 3500 pounds. Spare tire. Electric brakes. Ready to use. Yakima bars on top for bikes. The rails are standard on the Utah model. All hoses and attachments, outside carpet. wood blocks for stabilizers and such will be included.
We only used it three times this past year. Kept inside in the winter.
