2004 lx 470 thud and AHC Questions

hi,
I bought a 2004 las 470 with 142k miles. I have done a lot of reading of thing to do as preventive maintenance and others. However there are 2 issues still not solved.
1. I did grease the shaft spindle and York. The thud sound has vastly readuced but I do get it when going from r to d or d to n. But what is crazy is when I have 4wheel drive on no thud what so ever. Not sure why?

2. I did th ahc fluid flush. The PO probably put something else for fluid as it was white instead of dark color or pink when I flushed it out.
Anyways now the truck will go from l to n or n to l, but will not go to hi. Additionally, the off buttons comes on occasionally on start up and will stay on, and sometimes it will not come on and seems normal. Height does not change and when the off light comes on even if I push the buttons. Not sure why.

Any input on these items is much appreciated.

I read a lot of threads on thud and ahc. Followed the maintenance suggestions. I greased the zerk fittings and it is better, but still get it sometimes in normal drive, but in 4wheel drive mode no issues thought this was weird.
