BACK UP FOR SALE! JUNE 22, 2014
See post #28 for current pictures and details.

******************************************

Selling my 2004 Toyota Land Cruiser which currently has 110,400 miles. I bought this truck last year to use for work in the woods, but am no longer working for that company and am selling to get a vehicle that is more economical. This cruiser is in great condition, but does have a few dings and some light pin striping. There is also some scratches on the front bumper from offroading and from my garage door rubbing on it while closing once, pictured below. Typical offroading limited to forest service dirt roads, and some time spent in the Red Rocks of Sedona (mostly stocker friendly trails - Broken Arrow and Greasy Spoon). The leather is in great condition, and has recently been reconditioned using Lexol conditioner. I absolutely love this vehicle and hate to sell it, but doing what it takes to cut back on costs right now.

Asking $26,000 obo.

I can be contacted at mikesmith.az @ gmail.com (delete 2 spaces).

VIN Number: JTEHT05J542064374

- Purchased last August with 96,000 miles, I am the second owner. This rig has been in Arizona and is rust free. Previous owner had all services performed with Camelback Toyota, an IH8MUD vendor. Service history may be verified through member Murf (CT's Service Dept) and through the Toyota Owners website - I can email pdf.
- Installed an Ironman 2" Lift with the Foam Cell Shocks (Item# TOY050BKF) -- This is a non-AHC rig.
- Installed 5x Nitto Trail Grapplers (285/65/18) from Discount Tire with Road Hazard Certificates; all 5 tires are rotated.
- Installed Rock Sliders from White Knuckle Offroad - factory running boards will be included with sale.
- Installed LED interior lights and 5 watt reverse lights from PFRAN
- Installed HIR headlight bulbs (high and low)
- Had timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, serpentine belt, crank and cam seals all replaced at 103,843 miles at Camelback Toyota.
- Replaced front speakers with Polk Audio DXI651's
- Replaced factory subwoofer with Audiopipe TSVR6
- Purchased with 5x 2012 Land Cruiser 200 Series wheels installed.
- Full service history available via Toyota Owners website, PDF available but doesn't show everything that was performed as indicated by Murf @CT -- i.e. Steering Rack replaced @ 88k miles.
- Mobil 1 Synthetic oil used - 5/30 weight oil.

Known issues:

-[STRIKE] A torn CV boot on the passenger side[/STRIKE] -- REPAIRED 6/15/2013 with TOYOTA reboot kit.

- CD Changer may not be working - when flipping through radio modes it gives an error on the nav screen: "DVD Error" -- I've never used it, typically listening to the radio or Pandora on my phone through a cassette adapter. Stereo and navigation work just fine.

UPDATES:

-Carpets and floormats were shampooed a week and a half ago.

- On my trip to SLC between 65 and 70 I've been averaging 16 mpg on the navigation units' information display - actual may even be better since the display doesn't account for the mileage difference caused by the larger tires. YMMV! :)

This 100 has a long history at our dealership and has been maintained to a level that an engineer would appreciate. We just did a full inspection of his rig today it got a total clean bill of health. We could only come up with two services that we could suggest for preventative maintenance and he had us perform both of these services today:

A full synthetic transmission flush and a power steering flush.

Probably one of the nicest 100's around. Brakes are like new all around, etc, etc. The new owner wouldnt have to put any money into this rig for a LONG time.

BACK UP FOR SALE!

I've been putting off selling my cruiser for awhile now, but need to get it sold now.
Price lowered to $24,000.

It is almost to 128k miles now, and still in great shape. I just had the exterior clay barred, buffed, and polished and I shampooed the carpet and floormats and cleaned and reconditioned the leather on the seats.

Detailed pictures of the entire cruiser are provided in this photo album: https://plus.google.com/photos/1023...s/6028001625679912721?authkey=CMjhwZj0z7HazAE

I tried to photograph the cruiser from numerous angles in order to give buyers a full view inside and out.

Known issues:
1) The passenger side foglight had water leak into it, causing the chrome finish inside to discolor to blackish color - does not affect light throw.
2) There is a stain/spot on the plastic adjacent to the pocket in front of the shifter.
3) The driver's door panel has several nicks at the bottom adjacent to where it strikes the door sill -- these were caused by gravel/cinders that were on the door sill.
4) Driver's seat has a nick in the leather on right side.
5) Rock chips on front bumper.
6) Scratch on rear bumper.
7) Door ding on front passenger door.
8) Right rear passenger seat has a portion on the seat bottom, at the back that is stiff - something was spilled here in the past. While cleaning/reconditioning this has softened up a little, but still remains. See pics.

In response to a PM I received: I didn't install a diff drop with the lift as there were a number of others that had been lifted that were fine without the diff drop. In checking under my cruiser it appears that one of the 4 CV boots has been weeping grease. It is one of the boots that were installed last year, and was installed using the Toyota clamps which crimp on. I had the PFRAN clamps which were recommended here: https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/sources-for-diff-drop-kit.783640/#post-8901597 but the shop preferred to use the Toyota clamps with the factory crimp tool. The PFRAN CV clamps will be provided to the buyer.

I have added pictures to the album above showing the floormats, the underside of the cruiser, and each of the CV Joints. The other CV joints do have shiny stuff visible on the metal portion of the shaft which dripped down from above when the carwash cleaned and shined the engine.
