2004 105 gearbox problem . (1 Viewer)

G'day i have a 04 105 series with 465klm. I was driving with no issues then just lost 3rd and 4th have all other gears
My question is this a complete rebuild or is it a relatively easy fix. Iam in Brisbane Australia.

Could be a number of things from valve body issues, to fluid level being low, bad solenoids, or even ECM. Search my name, I just went through a no 5th gear issue. My solution may not be yours but it will give you some things to start looking at.

Common for a R151, rebuild/replace time. If its behind a turbo/powerful motor swap it to a H series box.

It has a after market Safari turbo but it only on 13psi.
