Hi Guys, 4 years ago I bought a bargain Cruiser V8 2004 Just had heap of head work 2 months ago. After getting it home for a week or 2 the Cam sensor died got it back from the Mechanic running and then a few days later after a quick stop at the shops I started the truck and it stalled, I got it started but the idle was rough now it is throwing all types of alarms. Only thing that was done was a CrC spray on the serpentine belt. It is in limp mode max rpm is 3000. Please help.
Alarm Codes.
P0102 - Mass
P0200 - Injector circuit
and all 02 sensors

I'd check wiring loom for damage, could have been caused by recent work.
Thanks J
It does sound electrical, the rough idle is quite consistent, I have another appointment with the Mechanic in 2 days, he is pointing the problem at the TPS
(Throttle Position Sensor) Have lost allot of time on this, it would be great to get a win.
Cheers

So today I unplugged the cam position sensor to give me an indication of fault unfortunately the car still started and ran. Has anyone seen this before. Amazing.

Hey selaxe - I think mine is doing the same thing... Do you know which fuse I should be looking for? The diagrams online say that there are four 10 amp fuses. Thx

I just checked all four 10 amp fuses in the left kick panel and they all look OK... The codes I'm pulling are P0101 and P0102. The truck starts and idles fine enough... then I turned on the A/C and it killed the engine oddly enough... Also I barely made it home yesterday because I think it was going into "limp home" mode.

@selaxe - THANK YOU! Lifesaver!

I have been troubleshooting the P0102 + Limp mode issue forever. assumed it had to do with my melted O2 sensor connector harness/wiring. fixed that and couldn't figure it out wth was going on.

Checked the first 10 AMP fuse and boom. limp mode gone. pulled battery so hopefully I'm clear on the codes tomorrow.
