Wanted 2002+ Land Cruiser w/o AHC, Southwest USA

I am looking for a 2002 or newer Land Cruiser.
- Clean title, may consider minor bodywork accidents
- Needs 3rd row seat, cannot be missing
- Ideally less than 200,000 miles

I may be willing to trade my 1998 4Runner plus cash to make deal happen.

98 4Runner specs:
- 240,000 miles
- 5 speed manual
- Front Bilstein 5100 adjustable Tundra struts plus Tundra TRD coils (@ 222,000)
- Old Man Emu 2906 Rear Coil w/ Bilstein 5100 shocks (@ 222,000)
- Front upper and lower control arm sets and steering rack (@ 222,000)
- Valve cover gaskets and Marlin Crawler clutch and pressure plate (@ 230,000)
