The time has come to (maybe) move on from my LX. It's a very well kept LX470, I'm the 5th owner (according to Carfax, believe the 2nd, 3rd and 4th owners were all the same family) and it has always been garaged during my ownership and the 4th owner's ownership (unsure of first owners). I have copious service records from the 2nd through 4th owners and myself, 4th owner really just dailied it on his commute and did very little to nothing to it other than the 18" Tundra wheels & the Falkens. It has never been off maintained dirt roads (and barely on those). Has resided mostly in Texas and Nevada, first two years in NY, zero rust issues. No accidents. I bought it with grand plans of turning it into a camping vehicle for my sons and I to use as they grow up, but a job change necessitated my buying a personal truck for the first time in about 10 years and I don't think I'll likely be able to pour money into both vehicles, plus it pains me to let it sit on the driveway.
Alpine CarPlay Headunit added, factory subwoofer doesn't function (might just be blown) but the rest of the Mark Levinson system does. Would have pulled the amp, doors and sub out and redone the whole system had I kept it.
AHC suspension is totally functional. It likely will need new accumulators, ride is getting to be harsh, will convey roughly 4 gal of AHC fluid with the sale.
Falken Wildpeak AT tires with roughly 20,000 miles, tread life is at 70%. I really love these tires and have ran them on the last 3 vehicles I've owned.
Does have the infamous driveline clunk, from reverse to drive and very randomly from red lights. Was going to replace u-joints as a test, but given the stories of people chasing it forever on here, I'm not sure that's the solve. Transmission is extremely smooth otherwise.
Engine runs great, every now and then I've gotten a hint of burned oil smell but have never seen any sign of a leak or burned more than 1/4 quart between changes. Car has, quite literally, never leaked a drop of anything during my ownership. We drove it from Amarillo to Deadwood, SD last summer and it never missed a beat.
Rear AC lines are in great condition and it is totally functional.
Brake master cylinder was rebuilt during the first owner's ownership, have the receipt for it as well as an "AHC tune up" that was also done.
Clean title in hand, not interested in trades.
Really love this car and I don't necessarily have to sell it, open to reasonable offers, but not going to let it go for pennies.
ETA: edited to reflect ownerships listed on Carfax.
