Been putting off posting this.
I have 2001 LX470. It has about 160k.
Rear suspension line rusted out in March. Haven't started the truck since the battery died two months ago. I don't drive enough to spend the time or money to fix it.

Rear frame crossmember has lots of rust. Rust around the windshield frame.
The driver side footwell gets damp when it's rained hard.
Interior is pretty clean.

Can't believe this hasn't sold.

Some pics of the underside would help but then again for $5k somone should just snatch this up. You probably will need to find a local buyer but the fact that it runs and drives makes it pretty much worth that price.

Will need to swap the stock suspension for something conventional and hope the rust isn't too bad otherwise.


Have you done any maintenance? How about tires and brakes, are they due for change soon?

Tires are Falken Wildpeak AT3W LT285 75/16 126/123R - might as well be new.
