2001 and 2006 LX470 front seats interchangeable?

Does anyone know if I can bolt 2006 Lx470 front seats in my 2001? Are there any airbag, bolt placement, wiring, etc. issues?

The bolts should line up. The wiring harnesses are probably different. The 2006 seat has side airbags and the 2001 does not.
