Wanted 2000 to 2004 <130K - READY TO BUY

I am looking hard for a 2000 - 2004 LC with less than 130k. Have set budget of $12 - $16K depending on rig. Prefer lighter colors and will not buy with gray interior. I live in a hot sunny climate so dark is no fun. Can be lightly built but prefer stock. Once upon a time was in the Off-road world but not anymore. Still believe LCs are the best vehicles made, even if just for on-road use.
Have been shopping the market for 2 months and have sent two rigs in for Toyota inspections. Both came back disappointing for their price. I am ready to buy now anywhere in the US and ship to destination.

Ok, I am now getting strange looks from my wife due to my obsessing over this purchase. I will now happily go with about any color (except green) lol. Also happy to go higher in price on an 03 if a good one with decent miles. Looking hard at 99s due to there being no traction control etc. and therefore less to potentially fix on the little island I live on in the Bahamas. Considering the 03 as it has the 5 speed tranny and the updated interior (wife's input) but does not have the nav issues.

A BIG THANKS to harrydunn for pointing me in the direction of the 03 and further research.

Let me know what is out there. I gotta make a purchase and get focused back on work before my business falls apart!!
