Just changed the timing belt a week ago, today CEL and VSC lights went on. Rough idling and under power, specifically in the rear. Showing multiple misfires, changed all spark because it was time, will move the IC's around to test them, tonight. Anything else I should do myself to try to remedy?

Check: Camshaft position sensor connector. Crankshaft position sensor connector & bolts torque.

Assume it ran fine for first week after T-belt job.
Did you DIY T-belt?

Are you saying: rough running in all RPM's?
What do you mean; "specifically in the rear"?
What code did you get from CEL?

I'm assuming "especially in gear" with some phone spell check thrown in.

Where are you? Atlanta area? I can help out with some extra coil packs to test with.

P0300. Timing belt professionally done. It feels like it is shaking in the rear. If I clear the code at the battery it runs smoother for a little while until the VSC and CEL come on.

Thanks!

Just because it was done professionally it doesn't mean that it was done to perfection. I would check all the connections as recommended already.

Miss firing cylinders may make it feel like shaking in rear. If rear brakes (rotor or drum stuck) on, this would not affect idling (rough). The fact T-belt was just done makes cam or crank sensors good bet. Also inspect air filter & MAF internal wires along wire connection, checking all vacuum lines as you proceed. Third I'd inspect all coils to make sure they're seated properly. Then spark check each spark plug/coil, and remember to disconnect all fuel injectors before cranking per FSM (some just pull EFI fuse).

If you get a code on a specific cylinder(s) you can see if it moves with coil.

Yes. Thanks. I am going to dive back in this weekend. Move the coils around first, then injectors, and then dive into the timing.
