You can put the VIN into lexus’ website and check the maintenance history. Showed the right front repair very early on.

Holy hell, this car has had problems right from the get-go it seems. Lots of battery related problems.
I notice on the last visit listed (8/30/18) customer declined service for 4 or 5 significant items.
The more I look, the more I think this one is no bueno.

Is there a place to look up service history for a Landcruiser without signing up for Toyota Service (or what ever they call it)?

I've been looking into 4Runners, and running vin's left and right through their database.
I signed up. They never email and you can have 20 vins at once, and swap them out as needed.
So no, I don't think you can do it without signing up, but there's no downside to signing up, at least that I can see.
