2000 LX470 acceleration no power when pass 2000rpm and whine (1 Viewer)

My LX470 no power when pass 2000 rpm even I push the gas padal all the way down it seem don’t want to go
And noise coming from passenger side when after 2000 rpm
No check engine light
The truck seem run fine when cruise speed
Anyone experienced this before

I've read on this forum that some people that have multiple floor mats can't press the gas pedal all the way down. I've also read here that the 98-08 throttle cable can be adjusted if there is some slack. The slack can prevent full throttle.
