SOLD

Price drop to $12,500. Don't forget to click on the small icons below to see pictures of the truck. I kept getting an error when trying to upload pics, so I just linked out to where the files live on my Google Drive.

I rescued this truck from a Lexus dealer three years ago. When I found it, it had 22" chrome wheels, running boards, and a stock stereo. It also needed a brake master cylinder, which the dealer conveniently neglected to mention. I put 2010 Tundra wheels and tires on it, removed the running boards, and put in a double din touchscreen stereo (still have the original CD changer). I also had the master cylinder replaced, and that was the only major repair I've had to do. All regular maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, filters, brake pads) done on schedule by San Diego Trux (Toyota specialist). Current mileage is 139,xxx, and it is in great shape. 3rd row seats included.

I've had four Land Cruisers (1971, 1973, 1989, 2000), and this one has been my favorite one. I bought it for trips to Baja, the desert, etc., but those trips just haven't happened in the last few years due to having a time consuming toddler at home. I am selling this truck so it can be used how it should be. It can commute to work or get groceries like nobody's business, but that isn't what it wants to do.

did you keep the running boards? thanks, T

Can you detail anything that's not stock other than the audio system pls, thank you.

Looks lifted, but not sure if that's with spacers or a suspension swap.

I'm in SD, in the market for an LC.

No problem. Non-stock items include the stereo and door speakers, tires and wheels, and 1.5" wheel adapters that were necessary for the Tundra wheelsto fit. Without the adapters, the front center caps wouldn't fit because the offset is different on a LC vs. a Tundra. It is not lifted, but the stance is slightly higher because of the Tundra wheels and tires.

I opted for the 18" Tundra wheels because they flat out look better than the stock 16" LC wheels, and I didn't like anything I saw available aftermarket. I am okay with the two downsides of the wheel adapters - 1) tires wear out a year earlier than normal, and 2) slight steering wheel vibration at highway speed.

Please let me know if you have any other questions and/or if you would like to take a look at it in person. I live in Encinitas and work in RB.
