2000 Land Cruiser taking on water during rain

During recent rain showers, water started pooling in the passenger side floor of my 2000 Land Cruiser. I assume a blocked drainage tube, but can someone offer suggestions as to which tube might be blocked and how I can access it?

Do a quick search, plenty of threads on where the tubes are located and what people use to clear them. You'll want to clean out both of them while you're at it.

Ill weigh in. You need to clear the drain on both sides of your sunroof. Mine did the same thing a couple years ago.
