You can view the carfax on the dealers website. Looks like the last reported actual mileage was in 09, then an accident in 2011 and 2012. Assuming one of those accidents caused the gauge cluster to be replaced.

Same rig was for sale last winner from the same place. If it hasn't sold for that price in that amount of time, there is definitely a reason for it

The Carfax shows the miles at 148k over 8 years ago! Oh and 2 accidents since then. Do your homework people this is a complete waste of time.
