20 liter fuel cans from Japan

A friend of mine travels to Japan every year and scoped out these kool fuel cans. Said he paid about $20 for it; but the shipping sucked at about $60 I like the lower profile and the spout works good. Just thought I'd share.

Yes, they're steel; appears the same gauge as the Blitz style cans. Screw-on top too.

ANyone know if the quality of the Japanese steel is any better then Chinese steel?

Check that the cans were made in Japan and not made in China and shipped to Japan. I found the cans online and I could import them but the minimum quantities are HIGH! (And they are made in China, not Japan FWIW).

How much wider than a NATO can are they though? The low profile is nice but it looks like they take up twice the amount of room.
