I used Testor's paint markers for mine in gloss black (my preference). The same kind that model hobbyists use that's labeled "enamel paint marker". It has a fine and broad tip if you reverse it. I was careful to wipe down any excess while it was still wet with a q-tip and some acetone. Results have held up well for me.

Why on earth does the red TRD logo disappear so cleanly on some, and not on others? I just bought a set of 4. 3 TRD logos are mint, and one looks like it never had red paint.

Seems weird to me.

No idea. My RWs have been through hell and the red TRD looks perfect still.
