Noticing an abundance of used Prado top mount intercoolers available on ebay for cheap. Wondering if anyone has adapted or attempted to adapt a Prado IC onto a 1HZ or 1HDJ build?
I get the 1KD is a 3L Engine so the IC is undersized for a 1HZ, but my logic says "Some intercooler is better than no intercooler".
Trying to budget my IC setup with a takeoff from some other series, 100's are hard to come by. Thoughts? Suggestions?
