After this complete headache XXi has refunded me the cost of the 12mm pump / injectors not including core. Glad it's finally over.
In other news @yotahed rebuilt my pump and added a few reliability measures/upgrades. I am waiting on an upgraded fuel pin to come in as it has been switched to Bosch (larger pin size by 1mm I believe)
Pump is up and running and is very smooth. The new fuel pin profile should really wake it up.
