1hz dipstick length for 1hz in hzj75 (2 Viewers)

So this is interesting.
Short backstory...I was an idiot and almost melted the dipstick when it touched the battery terminal.
On partsouq.com I ordered a new dipstick by using my VIN number for reference as I always do...

Now here is the interesting part.. the new dipstick is a lot longer. Like 6cm longer.

The one that was installed when I got the truck 2 years ago is 51cm from the rubber seal thing to the tip. But the new is 57cm.

On the old there is a number 17030 on the new the number is 15301-17010

Can somebody please tell me what the length is supposed to be?

For info.. it is a hzj75 with the non turbo 1hz. First registration in may 1995 but on partsouq it come up as a 1994 model.

I have no clue with my 12HT but I would certainly like to know if I was you. I just checked in the parts catalogue and entering 15301-17030 just refers to the picture which then in turn names the dipstick as 15301-1710
There must be heaps of 1HZ folks out there .....

If nothing else.. drain the oil, refill with factory spec, and cut the dipstick to length and remark the H mark?
